Under Construction – Malabar Beach House

Perched in the coastal suburb of Malabar, this extensive renovation transforms an existing dwelling into a refined, contemporary family home designed to embrace its spectacular ocean outlook. In collaboration with Ironbark Architecture the project reimagines the layout entirely, relocating the primary living spaces to the upper level to capture uninterrupted views and natural light, while creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The design balances durability with sophistication, featuring high-end finishes and a warm welcoming palette suited to coastal living. Structural reconfiguration allows for expansive glazing and improved flow throughout the home.

Externally, the landscape designed in conjunction with Exterior Architecture includes landscaped yard and a pool, completing the vision of a quintessential beachside retreat.
