Project Overview
A traditional shop front terrace in Petersham has been masterfully transformed into a contemporary three-level home. The original structure was elevated with the addition of a third floor and underwent a complete refurbishment, while a sleek two-level extension at the rear introduced a modern kitchen and polished concrete floors.
An internal courtyard bathes the home in natural light, enhancing the warmth and beauty of the spotted gum timber featured throughout, from the staircase to the unique see-through slat flooring on the middle level. This project exemplifies the harmonious blend of heritage charm and modern sophistication, creating a captivating and functional living space.
